[Remote] We’re Hiring: Email Designer (Figma | Ecommerce | Klaviyo)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Flowstate.io is a fast-growing email marketing agency that has helped DTC brands generate over $10M+ in email revenue. They are seeking a skilled Email Designer to create effective email campaigns that drive conversions for high-performing brands. Responsibilities • Designing emails for 7–8 figure brands (fashion, wellness, lifestyle) • Mostly image-based designs (we don’t use a ton of HTML sections) • Designing campaign and flow emails (Welcome, Abandon Cart, Post Purchase, etc.) • Working closely with our creative strategist and copywriter Skills • Strong Figma skills • Ecommerce email design experience (ideally Klaviyo) • Understanding of mobile-first design • A sharp portfolio • Motion/GIF design for email • Experience optimizing design for deliverability • Good taste (we care about aesthetic, not just data) Company Overview • we 5x your ANNUAL revenue in 90 DAYS or you DON'T PAY It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in Prague, with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
