Remote Talent Development Manager (Female Preferred)

Job Summary Disney is seeking an experienced and passionate Remote Talent Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the HR team, you will oversee the development and growth of our global talent pool, providing strategic direction and actionable plans to ensure employees reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities • * Talent Development Strategy: Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive talent development strategy that aligns with Disneys global objectives and business priorities. • * Employee Training & Development: Manage the creation and delivery of training programs focused on employee skills development, leadership growth, and career progression. • * Coaching & Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship opportunities for high-potential employees, focusing on leadership skills, personal development, and career guidance. • * Performance Management: Collaborate with HR and department leaders to assess employee performance and ensure proper career development plans are in place to improve overall team productivity and engagement. • * Diversity & Inclusion: Champion and develop initiatives that promote gender equality and foster an inclusive culture within the company. • * Technology & Learning Tools: Use learning management systems and other digital tools to facilitate remote learning, tracking progress, and evaluating employee development. • * Reporting & Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of talent development programs through key performance indicators and provide reports to senior leadership for strategic decision-making. • * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on development initiatives and talent management across the company. • Required Skills and Qualifications • * Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
