Requirements: Must be based in the United States and able to work remotely, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with using computer systems and booking platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred, with a focus on customer service, hospitality, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the travel or airline industry, with knowledge of Southwest Airlines' booking systems or similar platforms.
