As a Partnership Executive, you will identify and acquire new business investment partnerships and transition into a consultant role to manage and nurture your growing portfolio of partners. Responsibilities Forge Partnerships, Then Cultivate Growth Identify and acquire new business investment partnerships Qualify potential business candidates and provide a detailed explanation of our unique investment model Actively reach out, present our services, and engage in compelling conversations to identify ideal partners Help structure the 'deal' for candidates expressing a strong desire to partner with Fusion Act as a business advisor and trusted consultant to the business owners in your portfolio Encourage best practices and promote full adoption of our systems to maximize the likelihood of success Drive and advocate for the success of partners in collaboration with Fusion Skills Possess a 'fanatical obsession' with the success of every single client you manage Possess a 'fanatical obsession' with doing the best you can for everyone on your team Possess a 'fanatical obsession' with contributing to the success of the company Highly professional in appearance, dress, and action Willing to follow company systems and processes Able to work autonomously with little or no supervision Very comfortable and confident in presenting concepts and ideas A true servant leader Authentic and genuine personality A great communicator Experience in the residential real estate industry is helpful, but not required Company Overview Fusion Growth Partners is a business accelerator providing services to agents and brokers statewide and other similar small businesses.
