Job Title: Remote Material Estimator - Drywall (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,900 USD/month paid via Wise or Payoneer Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Time Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Drywall Estimator to produce accurate drywall material takeoffs, estimates, and reports for multifamily construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of drywall systems, the ability to interpret construction documents, and proficiency with industry-standard estimating software. Responsibilities • Produce detailed drywall material takeoffs and estimates for multifamily projects. • Generate clear and accurate material reports and summaries. • Review and interpret architectural, structural, and construction plans. • Identify drywall assemblies, quantities, and material requirements accurately. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates align with project scope and requirements. • Maintain consistency and accuracy across all estimating documentation. Qualifications, Skills & Key Competencies • Extensive experience in drywall estimating, specifically for multifamily projects. • Proficiency with estimating software such as STACK, Bluebeam, and/or PlanSwift. • Strong knowledge of drywall materials, systems, and assemblies. • Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating reports and summaries. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills. Additional Requirements • Strong understanding of drywall takeoffs from start to finish, including interior wall systems, ceilings, and related components. • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
