[Remote] Jr. Social Media Manager

Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency specializing in 360 campaigns for entertainment, games, and consumer brands. The Jr. Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and managing innovative and engaging social media campaigns for popular TV shows, including drafting copy, building content calendars, and facilitating community management. Responsibilities Manage innovative and engaging social media campaigns Ideate social media content buckets and creative Post content to all social media channels Facilitate community management on all social media channels Build out content calendars and create a timeline for each campaign Write creative copy and adjust voice/tone as needed Administer reporting and analytics Skills Experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment Experience working across social campaigns in entertainment or TV Experience posting on all platforms, as well as best practices for each (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Reddit) Ability to juggle multiple tasks and still meet deadlines Strong copywriting skills Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team Benefits DMM pays 100% of the cost for employee medical, dental, and vision premiums, as well as covers 40% of dependent premium costs.
