Job Summary: The Business Analyst – IT serves as a liaison at a project level, ensuring that requirements flow effectively between internal customers, IT development teams, and end users. Requirements • High School Diploma / GED and four (4) years of Business Analyst training/certification and Business Analyst experience OR Associate's degree and two (2) years' experience as a business analyst. OR Bachelor's degree • Significant communications skills • Azure DevOps • Requirements gathering • Cloud experience (Azure/GCP) Preferred • Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) philosophy. • Experience in working with healthcare technology Job Responsibilities: • Collaborate with application and project teams to gather, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for enhancements to both internally developed and purchased software systems. • Act as a liaison between stakeholder groups to ensure requirements are fully defined according to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project management processes, with an emphasis on ITIL approaches to service and knowledge management. • Facilitate meetings, documentation, development, testing, communication, education, implementation, and ongoing support for application and quality improvement projects. • Provide change management and governance recommendations for subsequent application releases; review testing plans to ensure requirements are adequately verified for customer acceptance. • Work with internal and external groups to advance the Business Analysis role within the organization. • Assist project teams in understanding the Business Analysis process and tools used to effectively accomplish project objectives. • Utilize methods and tools such as user interviews, document analysis, system analysis, surveys, site visits, use cases, storyboarding, and task/workflow analysis. #AJ1 Job Type: Contract Pay: From $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • This position is a W2 position and we cannot accommodate C2C or sponsor candidates.
