They are seeking a Transaction Structuring Expert to build and refine advanced deal models, lead due diligence processes, and support capital markets decision-making. Responsibilities • Build and refine advanced deal and transaction models, including dividend recapitalisations, pro forma leverage, and earnouts • Lead rigorous due diligence processes, including data room reviews, working capital normalisation, and cohort analysis • Support capital markets decision-making through debt capacity analysis and leverage modelling • Advise on and execute bespoke transactions such as spin-offs, carve-outs, and intellectual property licensing arrangements • Collaborate with cross-functional deal teams to deliver actionable insights across transaction structuring and execution • Review and evaluate AI-generated transaction analyses and modelling outputs for accuracy and real-world validity • Translate real-world transaction structuring workflows into structured AI training scenarios and datasets • Communicate complex transaction structures and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ensure all training materials meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment Skills • Strong experience in investment banking, buy-side investing, or corporate development at Tier-1 or large global organisations • Advanced expertise in deal and transaction modelling, including bespoke and non-standard structures • Strong background in financial due diligence, including deep financial teardown and analytical review • Solid exposure to capital markets, particularly debt financing, leverage strategy, and capital structure optimisation • Experience working on complex or bespoke transactions such as carve-outs, spin-offs, or IP licensing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail • Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes in a remote, fast-paced environment Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
