The role involves driving revenue growth through proactive prospecting, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Take ownership of the entire sales process, including conducting discovery calls to drive pipeline growth and generate revenue within your assigned accounts Proactive prospecting efforts aimed at driving revenue growth Exceed annual revenue targets by effectively managing and growing your account portfolio Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts to achieve quota targets Provide outstanding client relationship management for both new and existing clients Act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in leveraging Concord's product offerings to achieve their business objectives Skills College Graduate, or equivalent experience At least one year in a sales or customer success role Proven track record of achieving performance goals including quotas, revenue targets, and other key performance metrics Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to extract compelling insights and trends from data and systems by asking strategic questions Benefits 401K plan w/ 6% company match (vests immediately) Flex-Time off + sick time 10 company holidays Full suite of health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)– employee only coverage covered at 100% (no employee cost).
