[Remote] Inbound Sales Development Rep

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Finch is a growing company looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their global team. The role involves managing the first touchpoint with inbound leads, conducting qualification calls, and escalating high-priority opportunities. Responsibilities Run 15-minute qualification calls with inbound leads using a structured discovery framework Assess fit, need, urgency, and potential escalation paths for incoming opportunities Escalate qualified, high-potential prospects to the CRO or AE team Track all call notes, lead outcomes, and follow-up tasks with precision in the CRM (Pipedrive) Follow up with no-shows, stalled leads, and unresponsive prospects using a clear cadence When time allows, research and engage additional stakeholders within key accounts to expand influence beyond the primary contact Maintain high CRM hygiene and ensure data accuracy ≥ 95% Skills 1–3 years of experience in an SDR/MDR, client success, coordination, or fast-paced customer-facing role Clear, confident communication skills, especially in phone and video environments Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail Ability to work independently, move fast, and manage multiple leads simultaneously Experience with Pipedrive, Google Calendar, or similar tools is a plus Curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to grow into more advanced sales responsibilities over time Company Overview Finch is a world class full funnel digital marketing and advertising agency for ecommerce brands.
