[Remote] Implementation Support Specialist

The Implementation Support Specialist will assist Data Implementation Managers in implementing compliance and risk management software for financial services clients, ensuring accurate data configurations and supporting the implementation life cycle. Responsibilities Support the Data Implementation Managers by completing client configuration tasks Assist in loading client data using proprietary data management tools and complete full validations of data loaded Update requirements documentation as needed Monitor, research, and resolve internal and external inquiries in a timely manner Keep validation thresholds updated and complete research when unexpected changes occur Work on client-facing/internal/special projects as needed Interface with internal and external clients with a high level of professionalism Build strong relationships with client team members, work successfully under pressure, maintain positive attitude, and meet client project deadlines in an efficient and professional manner Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field or related work experience Minimum 1-3 years in Technical Support, Project Management, Account Management or other successful client facing experience Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and strong understanding of Excel data formulas/functions Knowledge of the financial services / insurance / securities compliance industry's concepts, practices, and procedures a plus Masters' Degree in a related field Benefits Exceptional medical, dental and vision plans with generous employer funding for employees and dependents 401(k) plan with company matching Generous flexible time off Company paid life insurance Flexible Spending Accounts: Medical and Dependent Care Leave benefits including short-term and long-term disability, paid family medical leave and paid parental leave Volunteering time off and flexible schedules Professional development Meaningful career growth opportunities Performance bonuses Great working environment with a team of fantastic people Company Overview RegEd provides compliance software and solutions for the financial services industry.
