Remote high-volume Recruiter, temporary project
(Must live in the United States) We are seeking a talented high-volume Recruiter to join our amazing team and help us with a large seasonal staffing project! You will perform a high volume amount of activities from recruiting new hires to communications with existing hires and working directly with client Managers to solve problems and drive recruitments. Responsibilities: • Source, screen, recruit, and interview potential employees, including high volume contact center positions • On-board and quality check new employees • Implement company culture, values and policies in everything that you do • Provide clients and management requested reports and information • Ensure activities are focused on employee engagement • Accurately maintain employee information Qualifications: • Ability to build rapport with all candidates • Can-do attitude that positively affects all candidates, colleagues and clients • Strong organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous experience preferred in HR, recruiting, sales, or other related fields such as Admissions Advisor • Knowledge of labor and employment laws or ability to learn and implement Company DescriptionThe professional staffing division of EmployBridge, America's Leading Workforce Specialist: When our Talent is looking for their next opportunity, we know they are not just looking for their next paycheck.
