Remote GoLang Engineer (Contract to hire)
We are looking to bring on a Backend Engineer to join our FinTech practice. Backend Engineers will work with our frontend, mobile, and design teams to design and build the services that perform a variety of different banking and financial operations. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated engineer with experience shipping reliable, performant, scalable, and instrumented services. We are looking for a teammate that enjoys mentoring teammates and working closely with users. Responsibilities: • Partner with multiple internal and external teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions • Build backend systems using Go, Docker, Postgres, and AWS • Plan, triage, and prioritize work across multiple projects and clients • Plan, build, and maintain test infrastructure • Share your knowledge with teammates and help mentor and guide clients Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience building backend systems • 3+ years of experience with SQL • Experience designing and developing distributed systems and event driven architectures is preferred • Strong communication skills Apply tot his job
