Adesso, Inc. is looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to manage inquiries and provide guidance regarding our products. This role involves helping customers understand product features, resolving questions, and ensuring satisfaction. Ideal candidates are professional, patient, and capable of providing clear explanations, while also supporting internal teams with organized documentation and feedback. Key Responsibilities • Respond to inquiries regarding products and services through email, chat, and phone communication. • Provide assistance on product features, setup, and general use. • Record interactions and maintain accurate notes to support internal teams. • Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently. • Identify patterns in customer questions and suggest improvements to product documentation and procedures. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1+ years of experience in customer service or support-related roles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and documentation abilities. • Comfortable using online tools and software for tracking and reporting.
