Responsibilities • Work From Home Sales: Connect virtually with pre-qualified, warm leads (no cold calling) • Client Relationship Management: Build trust and long-term relationships through consultative conversations • Needs Analysis: Understand each client’s financial goals and tailor personalized solutions • Virtual Presentations: Educate clients on Life Insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and Annuities • End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the client journey from initial contact through policy implementation • CRM Management: Track client interactions and stay organized using our proven systems Requirements • Strong communicators who excel in a remote sales environment • Self-motivated professionals who take ownership of their results • Goal-oriented individuals with a growth mindset • Relationship builders who enjoy helping others make confident financial decisions • Sales experience is helpful but not required, we provide full training!
