After four years of growth and clinical success in the UK, Béa is now launching in the U.S. market, starting in New York and the tri-state area, with the goal of expanding access to high-quality, patient-centered fertility care nationwide. Role Overview We’re looking for a compassionate and tech-savvy Registered Nurse (RN) who can bridge clinical care and customer experience. This hybrid role combines patient education, light clinical guidance, and proactive user engagement. You’ll be the trusted, empathetic voice that helps users feel confident and cared for as they use Béa’s at-home fertility products. This is a part-time, flexible position (approximately 30–35 hours/week), ideal for an RN with fertility, OB/GYN, or women’s health experience who enjoys digital communication and empowering patients. A NY nursing license is required. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for users across email, chat, and SMS, providing timely, empathetic, and clinically sound responses. • Guide users through the Béa Fertility journey — from ovulation tracking to proper device use and post-insemination support. • Conduct 15-minute clinical coaching sessions and periodic check-ins focusing on education, reassurance, and engagement. • Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and follow-up communications using digital tools (e.g., Supabase, Zendesk, CRM). • Identify when to escalate user needs to the NP for clinical oversight or additional guidance. • Monitor user engagement, feedback, and outcomes to help refine Béa’s care model and enhance user experience. • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless, compassionate user journey. Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (Tri-State area preferred: NY, NJ, CT); NY required • 1+ years of experience in fertility, OB/GYN, women’s health, or telehealth preferred • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging through chat, SMS, and email. • Tech-savvy and organized; experienced with CRMs, telehealth platforms, and workflow tools. • Empathetic, proactive, and able to balance warmth with professionalism. • Excited to contribute to an early-stage digital health startup where innovation, flexibility, and compassion drive impact.
