Employer Industry: Healthcare Management Why consider this job opportunity: - Competitive compensation with annual incentive bonus plan - Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with low deductible options - Generous vacation and sick time accrual, plus 12 paid holidays - 401(k) plan with employer match and state retirement pension plan - Opportunities for professional development and collaboration with cross-functional teams - Remote work flexibility available within North Carolina or within 40 miles of the NC border What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Supervise and provide oversight to a team of Provider Account Specialists supporting primarily Physical Health Providers - Assist in training and consultation related to provider issues for the Physical Health Provider Network Relationship Manager - Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the provider network and support provider contracting - Establish and maintain strong relationships with providers, facilitating support and resolving issues as needed - Create reports and provide technical assistance to ensure optimal outcomes for providers and members What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s Degree in mental health, public health, social work, psychology, education, sociology, business, or public administration - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in health-related fields, social work, or education, including experience in network operations and provider relations - Three (3) years of supervisory, consultative, or administrative experience - Considerable knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies governing healthcare programs - Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Master’s Degree and two (2) years of experience directly interacting in a clinical environment - Experience in managed care within the State of North Carolina #HealthcareManagement #ProviderRelations #CareerOpportunity #CompetitiveCompensation #RemoteWorkAvailable "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
