Property Management Assistant- Phone Out Reach
Are you a confident communicator with strong phone sales skills? We are seeking a motivated, self-driven individual to assist our real estate brokerage in reaching out to For Rent by Owner (FRBO) listings online. Your role will be to make outbound calls to these property owners and offer our assistance in locating qualified tenants. Key Responsibilities: • Search online platforms (HotPads, Zillow, Craigslist, etc.) for FRBO listings • Make outbound calls to landlords to introduce our tenant placement services • Communicate the benefits of working with a professional brokerage • Collect basic information about the property and landlord's needs • Submit warm leads to our real estate team for follow-up and contract closing Requirements: • Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule • Access to a phone and internet connection • Previous sales, telemarketing, or leasing experience is a plus (but not required) • Comfortable with commission-based pay structure Job Type: Contract Pay: $6,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
