Product Manager - Machine Learning

Remote Full-time
At Sisu, we're building a software platform that empowers people to make better decisions using data. Based on years of cutting-edge research at Stanford, the platform helps businesses understand why their key metrics are changing. We use novel data mining and machine learning techniques to produce insights in real-time and deliver them through an elegant, modern web interface. Product Managers drive Sisu’s product strategy and execution, turning user needs and opportunities into a product roadmap. We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to invent and drive new ML/AI based features that solve difficult business problems for our customers with easy and intuitive solutions. This includes features like AI based automated anomaly, outlier or trend change detection in key business metrics that customers need to monitor and take action on when something unexpected happens. You’ll define the product vision, customer experience and work closely with our ML team to drive the product strategy from an early stage as our team and customer base grows. As the first PM in this area, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape what automated metric monitoring looks like at Sisu, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. What you'll accomplish • Lead the definition and delivery of new machine learning based features that improve customer’s ability to find out “why” their metrics changed. • Work closely with the machine learning, design and solutions engineers team to develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for such features • Interact regularly with existing and prospective customers to gain a deep understanding of our users and their needs • Develop insights about how to solve user needs in innovative ways that “wow” • Collaborate tightly with Design and Engineering to determine what we build and how we build it • Help shape the team culture and product direction as we grow What you'll need to be successful • 5-10+ Years of experience in B2B SaaS products and/or Data Analytics experience working on AI/ML products • Bachelors or Masters in a Technical or math heavy field like Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or similar • Experience building and shipping great product experiences • Passion for tackling large, nebulous problem spaces with a user-centered design thinking approach • Comfort navigating and leading teams through ambiguity • Familiarity with contemporary analytics and BI platforms You should consider applying even if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications above! For a Product Manager, there’s no better environment to advance your career, develop your skills, and make an impact along the way. As you mature in this role, you’ll have the chance to work with global leaders, learn from industry mavericks, and help build an amazing, eclectic, and supportive organization. Sisu is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
