Payment Posting Manager

Job Description: Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle, the Payment Posting Manager will provide leadership over the day-to-day and strategic operations of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department. This includes managing a team of revenue cycle representative staff and being accountable for consistent quality performance, including the service’s ability to consistently meet established key performance indicators that support access and an optimal customer and patient experience. Additionally, the Payment Posting Manager is responsible for following all revenue cycle management systems, processes, and policies, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of revenue cycle operations.The Payment Posting Manager reviews monthly cash summary reconciliation reports, reviews the work of the cash posting specialists, and research problems with payments, bank deposits, returned checks and refunds. Creates, implements, and monitors internal processes to ensure productivity metrics are achieved. Drives strategic planning around revenue cycle process improvement initiatives, as driven by Senior Leadership. Assists in setting cash management strategy. including compliance requirements, as well as training and quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management or Administration, or a related field, five to seven years of medical billing office experience, of which at least four years were at the management level or equivalent combination of education and/or experience3-5 years of experience working in PB Epic and the Cash Management Module.Demonstrated organizational, time management, analytical reporting, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong attention to detail and follow-up and demonstrated ability to multi-task and maintain a customer-centric service approach in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate and interact with all levels within and outside of CHN if necessaryStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team membersDemonstrated dedication to Planned Parenthood’s mission, vision, and valuesWillingness to travel in accordance with the needs of the position, as outlined in the essential functions.
