Partnership Success Manager, Trust

The Partnership Success Manager will be responsible for driving relationship growth and managing the acquisition of new business within the Custody organization, focusing on alternative investments and self-directed IRAs. Responsibilities Revenue Generation: Develop and execute growth strategies to meet targets, focusing on new business acquisition and identifying existing relationship growth opportunities within the alternative investment space Relationship Building: Cultivate a strong, long-term relationship with institutional clients and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects Client Education and Support: Conduct webinars and one-on-one sessions to educate prospects on the benefits and logistics of alternative investments within retirement accounts, focusing on compliance and tax advantages Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and report on performance, adjusting strategies as needed Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Lead sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Clearly articulate the value proposition of Forge’s Custody services and address clients’ needs, ultimately securing new business Skills 1-3 years of proven experience as a relationship manager, preferably within the Self-Directed IRA, custody, or alternative investment sector Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding growth targets as an individual Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms Expert relationship building and customer service skills Knowledge of self-directed IRAs, including the process of setting up and investing in alternative assets such as real estate, private equity, and other non-traditional investments Knowledge of the IRS rules regarding alternative asset IRAs is highly preferred Physical requirements: operate a computer for 8 hours per day; give and receive detailed information through verbal and written communication Knowledge of the IRS rules regarding alternative asset IRAs is highly preferred Benefits Annual bonus Company Overview Forge is a global private securities marketplace creating an accessible, liquid, and transparent private market.
