Partnership Specialist – Restaurants & Hospitality (Commission-Based) | Creative Agency

We’re a creative agency that helps restaurants and hospitality groups grow through social media strategy and content creation. From brand storytelling to social-first content, we partner with food, beverage, and hospitality brands that want to stand out and stay relevant. We’re looking for a Partnership Specialist to help us build relationships with restaurants, hospitality groups, and food-driven brands that could benefit from our services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys outreach, relationship-building, and connecting brands with creative solutions that drive real results. What You’ll Do • Reach out to restaurants and hospitality groups via email, social media, and phone to introduce our services • Qualify interest in social media strategy and content creation support • Follow up with leads (up to 3 touchpoints) to move conversations forward • Schedule discovery calls with interested prospects to review how we can help them • Close deals when possible, or support calls to finalize partnerships • Visit local restaurants or hospitality groups in person to gauge interest and build relationships • Build and manage a CRM workflow in Monday.com to track outreach, leads, and deal progress What We’re Looking For • Experience with outreach, partnerships, sales, or client development (agency, hospitality, or marketing experience is a plus) • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with restaurant owners, operators, and marketing managers • Comfortable pitching creative services related to social media, content creation, or brand storytelling • BE HUNGRY! Hunt for your food. • Familiarity with CRMs (Monday.com preferred, but not required) • Interest in restaurants, hospitality, food culture, and social-first brands Compensation • $50 for every call scheduled • 5% commission on all sales that result from a booked call • 15% commission on all sales closed individually (propose a price and deliverables and get a yes) • Performance-based earning potential with room to grow as partnerships scale This is a flexible, commission-based role with the opportunity to grow alongside a creative agency working closely with restaurants and hospitality brands.
