Oriented Remote Proofreader Needed

Key Responsibilities • Review and proofread various documents to identify and correct grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors. • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all content. • Collaborate with writers and editors to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. • Verify factual information and accuracy of references and bibliographic sources. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's brand guidelines and apply them to all proofreading tasks. • Assist in creating and updating style guides and reference materials. • Utilize proofreading tools and resources to streamline the editing process and enhance efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in English, Literature, Communications, or a related field. • Proven attention to detail and a strong grasp of grammar and style conventions. • Experience with editing and proofreading in a professional setting. • Familiarity with common proofreading tools and software, such as Grammarly or Adobe Acrobat. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in proofreading, editing, or a related role is preferred.
