Qualifications • Proven experience teaching art in an online setting with a strong portfolio demonstrating your artistic expertise. • Demonstrated ability to develop engaging curricula that incorporate lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management strategies. • Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital tools used for remote instruction. • Experience working with children or students with diverse learning needs, including those requiring special education accommodations or support for disabilities. • Knowledge of childhood development principles relevant to art education and creative expression. • Strong communication skills to clearly convey concepts and foster a positive virtual classroom environment. • Background in curriculum development across multiple disciplines such as literacy education, math integration, or library services is a plus. • Private school or Montessori teaching experience is advantageous but not required. • Excellent writing skills for creating instructional materials and student feedback reports.
