National Vice President - Mission Integration

We Are Hiring • Department: Mission Integration • Eligible for an annual bonus incentive • Remote, with frequent travel What You Will Do Oversees the integration of the organization's Catholic Identity, Mission, Vision, and Values into the strategy, workflows, initiatives, and communications of assigned functions within the national ministry. Partner with national executive leaders and the Mission Center of Excellence to ensure strategic alignment with the organization's identity as a healing ministry of the Catholic Church. • Provide strategic counsel and theological guidance on major business decisions, ensuring alignment with Catholic Social Teaching, the Ethical and Religious Directives (ERDs), and the preferential option for the poor. • Advance a mission-centered culture and identity by advising on organizational culture, enhancing communications, and supporting leaders in fostering a sense of community and purpose. • Promote values-based decision making and discernment through facilitation of reflective practices, ensuring Mission and values are embedded in strategic choices. • Facilitate integration and alignment with Mission Center of Excellence resources-including Ethics, Formation, and Spiritual Care Intervention-to provide holistic support and collaboration. • Serve as a subject matter expert and educator on Catholic identity, theology, and ethics, providing thought leadership and guidance to national leaders. What You Will Need Education: • Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
