As Solutions Consultant you are an analytical individual with strong problem-solving skills and passionate about delivering the best in class marcoms for our clients. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain key relationships with a portfolio for our Client(s) by delivering a range of innovative marketing solutions in a fast paced environment. Leadership in the implementation of Martech solutions projects. Process automation knowledge and implementation Customer Relationship Management (CRM) knowledge and expertise Data platform management skills Deliver and present strategies and recommendations on the implementation of marketing campaigns with confidence. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as SAS for the successful implementation of campaigns Optimization of marketing processes implemented and manage technology tools to improve the efficiency of them Analyze response data from various marketing channels to provide insights and recommendations for strategy implementation Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns and improve customer engagement. Integrate client technology and marketing solutions to enhance customer experience and improve overall satisfaction. Monitor implemented campaigns for proper performance and outbound channels. Required Skills & Experience: Degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science or related degree More than 4 years’ experience working with end to end marketing campaigns and campaign management applications is desirable Experience operating at least one of theese Marketing automation platforms such as SAS, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing or CRM Experience in presenting solutions to clients and/or prospects Strong understanding of SQL and database relationship management, having worked with large and complex data sets Knowledge of CRM solutions Knowledge of online advertising platforms Knowledge in WEB Develppment Dynamic and strategic thinker with a background or experience in direct marketing industry A background in managing multiple key projects or consultative work with a good track record of delivering success for client or agency's business Pragmatic problem solver with a keen attitude to deliver business outcomes Work both independently and collaboratively in gathering requirements with minimal supervision.
