About the Role We're seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Build Specialist to join our High Technology vertical team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and building marketing automation programs that deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our teams, client business marketers, and IT development teams to develop processes and solutions within marketing automation platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and build marketing automation programs within various marketing automation platforms, including Marketo, HubSpot, and Eloqua. Understand business needs and problems that automation can solve, and develop solutions to address them. Utilize requirements provided by client teams to build emails in a marketing automation platform content builder console. Partner with our teams and clients to develop processes and solutions within marketing automation platforms. Participate in requirements discovery meetings with client teams to identify and capture marketing needs, document user stories, and develop and test solutions. Collaborate with Marketing Automation Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand marketing automation program requirements and technical specifications. Build and test user journeys, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Manage and execute test plans to ensure all links and HTML content are tested properly before deployment. Troubleshoot data and technical challenges surrounding marketing automation programs and audiences/segments. Provide support in pulling program performance reports and setting up A/B testing for campaign programs. Utilize Agile Management tools like Jira or Workfront for task assignments and issue management. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 2-5+ years of experience working on digital marketing and marketing automation projects in an agency or multi-client organization. Extensive experience with email and marketing automation platforms, particularly Marketo, HubSpot, and Eloqua. Demonstrated experience with a wide range of MarTech tools, including CRM/Marketing Automation, Analytics, Data Visualization, and Content Marketing/CMS. Experience with design elements of front-end or Marketing Automation development. Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you'll ideally have: A Bachelor's degree. Experience working with remote teams and clients. Experience working with HTML or CSS email code review using tools like Adobe Dreamweaver. Skills and Competencies To excel as a Marketing Automation Build Specialist, you'll need: Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and project management skills.
