The Role We’re seeking a licensed Managing Broker in Nebraska to drive both compliance and culture. You’ll be the go-to support for agents, a trusted leader for state operations, and a voice in shaping which high-caliber agents join the team. Responsibilities • Ensure agent compliance with Nebraska Real Estate Commission requirements and company policy • Review contracts and files for accuracy and risk management • Provide fast, clear broker support in Slack (guidance, coaching, training, & communication) • Represent MyRECo™ with credibility and influence at Nebraska REALTORS® and local boards • Support onboarding and mentoring of new agents • Collaborate with leadership in welcoming values-aligned agents into the brokerage Requirements • Active Nebraska broker license in good standing • 3–5+ years as a practicing agent or managing broker in Nebraska • Strong knowledge of state-specific contracts, MLS practices, and disclosure rules • Comfortable with cloud-based tools (Slack, Zoom, ChatGPT) • Aligned with our values: Built for Relationships, Handle It, Radical Transparency, Pivot Fast, Play Smart, Business over Buzzwords, Impact over Influence Compensation & Earnings Our Managing Brokers participate directly in the growth they create: • Retain 100% of agent onboarding fees • Earn direct overrides on your agents’ production (sliding scale structure) • Uncapped earnings with sharable revenue and equity eligibility • Ability to still actively produce if desired — with leadership pay designed to make it optional • As your state grows, additional base pay is layered on top of overrides and sharable revenue What We Offer • Company-paid health insurance and a MacBook provided • Real ownership opportunities through our 25% equity pool for agents and staff • Remote-first role with flexible schedule • A culture of transparency and support — no egos, no politics • Opportunity to shape the future of a modern, national brokerage How to Apply Find out more on: myrealestateco.com/join Research us on socials @myrealestateco myrealestateco.com/training Apply at: - Select “Managing Broker” - Choose “Nebraska” as the state - Complete the short form and submit your profile or resume --- My Real Estate Company™ is an equal opportunity organization.
