Position Overview As a Loan Sales Representative, you’ll be the front-line driver of our lending pipeline—building relationships with real estate investors, wholesalers, fix-and-flippers, and small developers nationwide. Your role is to originate and close qualified loan applications by leveraging your industry experience, product knowledge, and client-first mindset. This is an ideal opportunity former reps from companies like Civic Financial, Lima One Capital, Kiavi, Angel Oak Home Loans, or New Western Acquisitions who are ready for a remote role with high autonomy and real earning potential. This role is 100% remote and ideal for experienced private lending or residential loan origination professionals—specifically those with a track record in residential investment lending. What You’ll Do • Proactively source, qualify, and close real estate investor loan deals across residential and small commercial properties. • Educate borrowers on lending options and match them to the most suitable program. • Leverage CRM and lead management tools to track sales activity, follow-ups, and pipeline progress. • Build a personal network through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, real estate investor meetups, and industry events. • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and referral partners (wholesalers, agents, contractors, etc.). • Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and servicing teams to ensure a smooth, high-converting borrower experience. • Provide feedback on borrower trends, competitor movement, and potential new product opportunities. What You Bring • Minimum 3 years of experience in private lending or residential loan origination sales — non-negotiable. • Proven success meeting or exceeding monthly production goals ($2M+ loan volume). • Strong knowledge of investment property loans, bridge, fix-and-flip, and DSCR loan structures. • Understanding of lending metrics (credit, LTV, ARV, DTI, exit strategy). • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and strong personal accountability. • Confident communicator and closer who builds trust quickly with real estate investors. • CRM proficiency required; HubSpot experience preferred. • Important: This position requires direct, hands-on experience in private lending or residential real estate loan origination.
