Open to remote work except in South Dakota, Vermont and West Virginia. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $205,800.00 in our highest geographic market. Known for exceptional candidate generation and assessment, this person consistently delivers outstanding results and builds long-term relationships with senior leaders in specialized fields. • Expertise in strategy development and passive candidate pipelining • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple creative search projects • Strong relationship-building skills with business leaders and HR partners • Reputation for process improvement, knowledge sharing, and delivering results • Analytical mindset with an eye for data visualization Basic qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training • 6+ years executive recruiting experience • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects, and client relationships • Experience building and driving talent initiatives and pipelines • Expertise in talent market analysis and talent intelligence methodologies • Analytical experience to create, measure, and scale efficient workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams Preferred qualifications • Ability to tell a compelling story with data insights; clear, concise communication that is commercially relevant • Deep understanding of executive search methodology • Capability-led assessment over title-led research • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and under pressure • Passion for recruiting diverse candidates • Knowledge and experience in data visualization and presenting talent insights WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You will play a pivotal role in shaping global talent strategies and executing long-term engagements to attract highly passive talent. You’ll partner with recruiters, build and nurture a network of top executive prospects, and proactively monitor market trends.
