The Workday Integrations Consultant will "bridge the gap" between the business and technical teams bysolving complex Workday intersystem problems. They will guide clients through thetransformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workdayimplementation. They must have a technical aptitude and be capable of configuringthe project to meet the business and design qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track issues and risks communicate status and escalate concernsapplicable for all clients in their portfolio.
• Guide the client through facilitated design sessions and configurationdecisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client'sunique business requirements at all stages of the project.
• Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project,ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCMsolution.
• Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping theclient, the project team and the Engagement Manager abreast of changesor progress related to the project.
• Willingness to take a leadership position on a project, or as a Cognizant Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance Reviewer.
• Display a hands-on expertise of the software, including iLoading clientdata, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuringbusiness processes and security.
• Utilize the technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into dataconversion templates via iLoads.
• Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providingsupport for shadow assignments.
• Actively participate in update training and internal opportunities to shareone's skills and learnings with others within the organization.
Skills and Requirements:
• 2+ years demonstrated experience with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc)
• Project experience highly desired
• Workday Integration, Workday StudioTM and Workday CCTPPTM certification preferred
• Confident facilitation and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or other engineering discipline preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
