We are currently seeking a VP, Solution Management.    The VP, Solution Management position is responsible for leading solution delivery and directing a team in marketing database and identity management solutions for external clients. This position is responsible for combining feedback from sales, marketing, development, customers and prospects to set a strategic vision and lead the execution on client implementations for new and existing solutions. The VP, Solution Management manages business requirements, as well as documents and provides guidance and technical documentation for data processing and software solutions. This position reviews and analyzes marketing and database solutions and is an integral part of the product definition, innovation roadmap, individual client project design and delivery.   Essential Job Functions: - Provide leadership of the solution delivery and operations for Audience360 and Database Solutions. - Confer and partner with other senior executives to set Company strategies regarding Audience360 and Database Solutions to facilitate the achievement of organizational missions and values. - Champion the product alliance efforts within the Audience360 & Database Solutions domain to ensure the business development efforts maximize profitable growth, development and market share consistent with strategic objectives. - Monitor the status of development projects supporting new features. - Be a go-to person and strategic leader within the company. - Manage resourcing for a team of solution managers and analysts in multiple locations throughout US, Canada and India. - Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Solution Management Department. - Lead planning, gathering and documentation of business requirements. Guide clients and the Development team to the best possible solution, utilizing existing processes where possible. - Generate solution scope and costing documentation in conjunction with development team. - Consult with clients and the Implementation team to identify current processes, clarify business objectives and to establish technology requirements. - Oversee client solution and data analysis for requirements and solution design. - Participate in system and database design and enhancements; communicate results. Collaborate with Technical Leadership on solution design and data models. - Provide technical documentation, including technical specs, business requirements, process flows, and change requests and data audit reports. - Provide Subject Matter Expertise on clients' databases. - Prepare high-level system flow for the proposed solution and review with the Implementation Team and client if necessary. - Oversee testing, maintenance, data monitoring and list preparation processes for building and maintaining the client database. - Support clients in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process. - Provide leadership with regards to project plan and resourcing decisions. - Work with clients, the Implementation team and all related IT departments to achieve solution-oriented results. - Provide leadership and oversight for management of client issues and escalations. * Essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation.
