At Rebound Technologies, we've spent 12 years developing our groundbreaking IcePoint technology, which combines agile cooling, humidity control, and thermal energy storage. We've partnered with a leading solar systems company to deploy sustainable cooling solutions that combine our low-cost energy storage with solar panels, resulting in 100% decarbonized cooling for dairy farms. Our goal is to improve the carbon footprint of dairy farms while saving them significantly on CAPEX for cooling applications.

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the dairy farming industry, particularly in the Western US. You'll leverage your extensive network of relationships with dairy farms and organizations to develop a strategic market plan, identify new business opportunities, and nurture partnerships to drive growth. Your expertise will help us navigate the complex needs of dairy farms and create tailored solutions that meet their net-zero goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map the needs of dairy farms for net-zero solutions and identify areas where our technology can make a significant impact
• Develop a go-to-market strategy for our products in the Western US, focusing on key trade shows, partnerships, and business development opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the dairy farming industry, including farmers, organizations, and suppliers
• Identify, recruit, and nurture strategic partners to help us grow our market share and expand our reach
