What Youll Do:
- Document real-time patient encounters during live virtual consultations in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Assist in managing medication lists, treatment plans, follow-ups, and patient education.
- Coordinate lab orders, diagnostic tests, and communicate results empathetically and professionally.
- Transcribe and edit medical notes with accuracy, adhering to U.S. clinical standards.
- Ensure HIPAA-compliant, thorough, and accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians to address documentation discrepancies.
- Manage prior authorizations, insurance verifications, and other admin tasks as needed.
- Stay updated on U.S. medical terminology, charting standards, and EHR tools.
