We are seeking detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and compassionate Virtual Medical Scribes to assist our U.S. healthcare providers in real-time documentation and administrative tasks. What Youll Do: - Document real-time patient encounters during live virtual consultations in Electronic Health Records (EHR). - Assist in managing medication lists, treatment plans, follow-ups, and patient education. - Coordinate lab orders, diagnostic tests, and communicate results empathetically and professionally. - Transcribe and edit medical notes with accuracy, adhering to U.S. clinical standards. - Ensure HIPAA-compliant, thorough, and accurate patient records. - Collaborate with physicians to address documentation discrepancies. - Manage prior authorizations, insurance verifications, and other admin tasks as needed. - Stay updated on U.S. medical terminology, charting standards, and EHR tools. Who Should Apply: - MBBS graduates, medical interns, or degree holders in any medical-related field. - Applicants with 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Medical Scribe. - Familiarity with EHR systems, transcription tools, and MS Office. - Solid understanding of medical terminology, clinical protocols, pharmacology, and anatomy. - Typing speed of 40+ WPM with excellent accuracy. - Exceptional English communication skills (written & verbal). - Strong multitasking ability and a proactive, professional attitude.
