- Familiarity with dental or healthcare practice management software (Open Dental experience is a plus)
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple patient scheduling tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or virtual environment
- High attention to detail, especially in maintaining patient records and scheduling notes
