Description:
Universal Rental LLC (URL) is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Assistant/Virtual Assistant to support our growing real estate operations. If you’re someone who enjoys keeping things organized, handling real estate paperwork, and communicating with landlords and clients in a professional manner, we’d love to work with you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with landlords, tenants, and vendors regarding leases, payments, and property details
• Manage and organize lease paperwork, invoices, and other real estate documents
• Maintain accurate digital filing systems for properties, clients, and transactions
• Prepare and update lease agreements, invoices, and reports as directed
• Handle administrative and secretarial duties related to real estate transactions
• Transition into a virtual assistant role when needed to:
• Make calls to landlords, agents, and property owners
• Search for and source new short-term rental properties for clients
• Assist with coordinating property showings or inspections
• Communicate professionally via email and phone to represent Universal Rental LLC
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in real estate administration, leasing, or property management is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable handling confidential documents and working with deadlines
• Tech-savvy: proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), CRMs, and email tools
• Professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided for all internal systems, file management, and property sourcing procedures.
