What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate and resolve issues hindering vendors' ability to deliver expected services
- Schedule and lead periodic operational issues meetings with internal and vendor staff
- Assist in budget preparation, purchase order management, and cost control for vendors
- Communicate potential compliance issues to senior management with clear recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop feasible solutions to complex issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 6 years of experience in Finance, business analysis, or systems management may substitute for the degree
- Strong skills in contract management and vendor relations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Audit and Compliance
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Vendor Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Business Administration/Management
