We currently have a contract opportunity for a Mid-level UX/UI Developer responsible for designing and implementing UI/UX solutions for the modernization of the Operations Workstation and related brokerage tools.
Responsibilities:
- Translate complex brokerage workflows (e.g., DVP/RVP, cost basis, reconciliations) into intuitive and user-friendly UI designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and operations users to gather requirements, conduct usability testing, and refine prototypes.
- Build reusable UI components using frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, ensuring alignment with Fidelity-s design system.
- Develop interactive dashboards and responsive designs optimized for internal user personas, including trade analysts and operations associates.
Required Skills
- Bachelor-s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility standards.
- Experience in conducting usability testing and refining prototypes based on user feedback.
