I’m an indie board game publisher based in Italy and need a U.S.-licensed trademark attorney to file three word marks with the USPTO.
I am foreign-domiciled (Italy), so I understand I must have a U.S. attorney of record. I’m looking for a flat-fee arrangement for a straightforward set of filings, ideally with a discount for handling all three together.
Marks to be filed (all word marks):
KINGS & PEASANTS – title of a card/board game.
ANIMAL KINGDOMS – title of a separate card/board game line.
GOBLIN DEN GAMES – publisher / studio brand used on all game products.
Planned goods and services:
For KINGS & PEASANTS and ANIMAL KINGDOMS:
Primary: physical board and card games (Class 28).
For GOBLIN DEN GAMES:
As a publisher/manufacturer brand for board games, card games and related tabletop products (Class 28)
At this stage I am primarily focused on U.S. protection. I'll handle UK and EU myself. I expect these to be simple word mark filings with clear, non-descriptive branding in the tabletop games space.
Please include in your proposal:
Your bar state(s) and confirmation you are a U.S.-licensed attorney experienced with USPTO trademark filings.
A clear flat fee per mark (attorney fees only; USPTO gov fees listed separately), and whether you offer a discount if you handle all three marks.
What your fee includes (e.g. clearance search, filing, responses to non-substantive Office Actions).
A rough timeline for filing once you have all information.
I’m looking for someone who is used to working with small creative businesses / indie publishers and can keep things simple and cost-efficient.
