Job Summary
As an Account Manager, On Premise, you'll play a critical role in growing our business by acquiring new customers, increasing sales volume, and improving customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with local and national account business owners and managers to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and execute sales strategies that drive results. Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Acquisitions: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories, developing strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local and national account business owners and managers, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Growth and Execution: Work with customers to execute sales strategies, manage account and customer standards, and ensure proper point-of-sale execution, product rotation, and customer compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to meet business objectives and drive results.
- Performance Management: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and tactics.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred, but not required. Candidates with a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and relevant experience will be considered.
- Related Experience: 0-1 year of related experience for Bachelor's Degree holders, or 3-4 years of specific experience for High School Diploma or GED holders.

- Sales and Marketing: Proven sales and marketing skills, with experience in the beverage industry or a related field.
- Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop insights to drive business results.
- Time Management and Organization: Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
- Automobile Transportation: Reliable automobile transportation and a valid driver's license.
