FULL-TIME ROLE (IF YOU CRUSH THE PROJECT)
Inventory Planning: Rolling forecasts, optimal order quantities, safety stock management, prevent stockouts
Supplier Management: Negotiate payment terms (20/80 → net-30), structure rolling POs, coordinate with Chinese supplier, secure volume discounts
⚙️ Systems: Build dashboards, automate alerts, integrate Shopify/3PL/Airtable
Strategic: Model scale to $5M/month, optimize cashflow, identify risks
YOU'RE PERFECT IF:
Must-haves:
✔️ 3-5+ years demand planning with DTC brands ($500K-$5M+/month)
✔️ Expert in forecasting, safety stock, reorder points
✔️ Negotiated with international suppliers (China preferred)
✔️ Expert Excel/Google Sheets
✔️ Placed 6-figure+ POs
✔️ Work autonomously
