Job Description:
We are urgently hiring 2 Customer Support Representatives to join a Pediatric Clinic team. This role is responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls related to appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
With an average of 400–500 calls per day, this position is critical in ensuring patients receive timely and efficient support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
• Provide accurate information and support to patients
• Handle high call volumes (400–500 calls daily)
• Maintain organized and accurate records
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in customer service or call handling (preferred)
• Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently
• Spanish-speaking is a strong advantage
