Manager of the construction jobsite. Responsible for the proper, smooth and timely construction of projects. Ensure project success through leadership, expertise and excellence in: Operation: setup and management of the job-site with an emphasis on safety, cleanliness and organization. Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism. Communication: daily project reporting; professional in all written and verbal communication Precision: ensure the project is built per plans and with quality Control: manage the project schedule to ensure timely completion; and manage cost by proactively heading off issues that could lead to profit fade Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or relevant experience in lieu of education.
