We are looking for an experienced U.S. licensed trademark attorney to handle two urgent matters related to an abandoned trademark application. Full details of the application, including the mark, serial number, and the specific Office Action, will be shared privately with selected candidates only. Background: Our trademark application was abandoned after a Section 2(d) Likelihood of Confusion refusal was issued by the USPTO. The petition deadline is fast approaching and we need someone who can begin work right away upon being selected. Budget: Please submit a fixed-price quote covering your professional fees for both parts of this project. USPTO government filing fees will be reimbursed separately on top of your quoted fee.
