About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and creative individuals to fill our TikTok and Email Outreach Internships. Key Responsibilities
As a TikTok and Email Outreach Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Developing bespoke content and writing copy for online marketing and social media outreach, including creating engaging posts, stories, and videos for TikTok and other social media platforms
- Collaborating with executive management to drive company growth by developing and improving business development and marketing strategies, including analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for expansion
- Tracking and interpreting marketing analytics and conducting market research to optimize market penetration and user engagement, including analyzing email campaign metrics and generating actionable insights
- Committing at least an hour on weekdays and 2 hours on weekends to work on projects and tasks, including attending meetings with short notice and collaborating with the marketing team
- Developing marketing content for the nonprofit on various social media platforms, including creating compelling email content, designing templates, and incorporating visuals
- Segmenting email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics, and analyzing email campaign metrics to optimize future campaigns
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives, including brainstorming new ideas and strategies for outreach and engagement
- Performing other projects and tasks as assigned, including researching new trends and technologies in social media marketing and making recommendations for implementation
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Social Media Marketing and Communication skills, including experience with creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing metrics
- Social Media Content Creation and Video Production skills, including experience with creating videos, graphics, and other visual content for social media
- Experience in managing social media platforms, including creating and implementing social media strategies and analyzing results
- A passion for medicine and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of students and medical professionals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling emails, social media posts, and other marketing materials
- Creative mindset and attention to detail, including the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to marketing challenges
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in social media management is a plus, including experience with email marketing, content creation, and analytics
