I'm the founder of a telehealth startup in North Carolina currently in early stages. I'm looking for an experienced consultant who has actually built or scaled a telehealth platform before to help guide me through launch.

Later phases will include in-home nurse visits, in-home lab draws, and same-day medication delivery.

Someone with hands-on experience in one or more of these areas. Former telehealth operator, clinical ops lead, or healthcare startup advisor preferred. I am not looking for theoretical knowledge — I need someone who has done this.

Starting with a scoping call. Open to hourly or milestone-based. Long-term relationship preferred across multiple phases.
