Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of outreach efforts to attract and recruit top talent
- Have the autonomy to create and develop innovative recruitment strategies and materials
- Advise CPUC employees on how to advance their career within the department
- Attend career fairs and events at universities and career centers
Skills
- Eligibility for the classification
- Valid California Drivers License (CDL)
- Completed STD 678 state application with dates, duties and responsibilities, and contact names and phone numbers of supervisors
- Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) addressing specific questions
- Copy of transcript or diploma if using education to meet minimum qualifications
- Verification of United States course/degree equivalency for foreign education
- Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 or Electronic State Employment Application
- Resume is required and must be included
