Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess team needs, develop workforce plans, and guide them through effective and equitable hiring practices
- Source, screen, and connect with prospective candidates; build proactive pipelines and talent communities that align with current and future business needs
- Develop partnerships with colleges, training programs, and community organizations to attract the next generation of caregivers and service professionals
- Serve as a trusted guide throughout the hiring process, helping candidates understand the personal and professional rewards of joining our mission-driven organization
- Partner with HR and operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and strong start for every new hire
Skills
- Associate's degree and at least 1 year of experience, or a High School diploma and 2+ years of relevant HR or recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in healthcare, hospitality, or not-for-profit environments
- A consultative, service-oriented mindset — you care about helping people succeed and building trusted relationships
- Strong communication and organizational skills; comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
