About the position
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the end-to-end order flow for our UK B2B customer base. You will serve as the primary link between our customers’ portals, our internal systems, and our third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is paramount. You won't just move data; you will monitor stock health, resolve logistical bottlenecks, and maintain excellent professional relationships with our commercial partners.
Responsibilities
• Order Management: Daily monitoring of customer portals to download new purchase orders; manual processing of orders received via email.
• System Synchronisation: Accurate uploading of all orders into our internal ERP/systems and external 3PL platforms to ensure seamless fulfilment.
• Inventory Control: Downloading and reconciling daily inventory reports. Proactively reviewing stock availability and initiating stock transfers to prevent "out of stock" scenarios.
• Customer Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact for B2B customers regarding order status, delivery issues, or shortages.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with the Commercial and Supply Chain teams to communicate inventory risks or system errors before they impact the customer.
• Data Integrity: Maintaining 100% accuracy in data entry to ensure UK retail compliance and avoid costly shipping errors or fines.
Requirements
• Exceptional Attention to Detail: You are someone who spots a SKU error or a quantity discrepancy at a glance.
• Data Proficiency: Highly skilled in data handling and spreadsheet management (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Communication Skills: Native or bilingual-level written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate professionally with UK-based corporate clients.
• Technical Aptitude: Experience navigating B2B customer portals and ERP/Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Reliability: Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strict daily deadlines tied to UK shipping cut-offs.
Nice-to-haves
• Previous experience supporting UK-based retail or wholesale businesses.
• Familiarity with 3PL workflows and inventory transfer logic
Benefits
• 15 days of paid vacation per year.
• Remote Work
• A standard 40-hour work week.
