As a Student Services Manager, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission.
About the Role
The Student Services Manager is a key member of our administrative team, responsible for developing and implementing programs and services that support the academic, personal, and social development of our students. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and their families. As a Student Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the creation, implementation, and tracking of student onboarding and orientation plans
- Developing and implementing identification and intervention plans for non-engaged students
- Creating and delivering professional development for staff on student onboarding, social-emotional well-being, and engagement
- Using data to determine and respond to student needs
- Collaborating with the administrative team to create and implement school-wide positive behavior programming
- Facilitating the identification of student barriers to learning and connecting them to appropriate services and resources
- Supervising Student Success Coaches and other team members
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree in Education or Social Services (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in the K-12 educational setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and exhibit sound judgment
- Demonstrated leadership and management ability
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to learn new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study and professional training
